摘要
目的:观察镇痛散积液治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:47例先用美施康定片口服给药(治疗前止痛基础用药),然后加用镇痛散积液直肠内给药,比较治疗前后镇痛疗效。结果:治疗前总有效率59.6%,治疗后总有效率83.0%,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:镇痛散积液治疗癌痛起效快,疗效好,无明显毒副作用。
Purpose： To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of ＂Agalgesic and Tumor - Dispersing Liquid＂ in treatment of pains caused by cancer. Method： 47 patients suffered from the pains caused by cancer were asked formerly by taking the Morphine Sulfate Controlled -release Tablets orally （A pill used fundamentally to ease pains before treatment） ,then they were treated by dropping rectum with drug ＂Analgesic and Tumor- Dispersing Liquid＂ to prepare the analgesic effects before and after treatment. Results：Total therapeutic effect rate before treatment was 59.57%, while it was 83% after treatment, showing tstatistical difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： cancer pains treated by ＂Analgesic and Tumor- Dispersing Liquid＂ produced good results shown by quick therapeutic reaction, good curative effect and no obvious toxic and side effects.
