血浆五聚素3在冠心病合并高血压患者中的临床意义 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨冠心病及冠心病合并高血压患者中血浆五聚素3（PTX3）的水平及临床意义。方法选择在郑州大学第一附属医院行冠状动脉造影患者130例。冠状动脉脉造影阳性60例，其中合并高血压28例，不合并高血压者32例；冠状动脉造影正常70例，高血压者30例为高血压组，余40例为对照组，并采用酶联免疫吸附（ELIESA）法测定血浆五聚素3（PTX3）含量。结果血浆PTX3水平取对数后均服从正态分布，冠心病组、冠心病合并高血压病组、高血压组与对照组之间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），冠心病合并高血压病组高于冠心病组（P〈0．05）。结论血浆P11X3是冠心病的独立危险因素之一，血浆PTX3水平的变化与冠心病及高血压均密切相关，PTX3对两种疾病患者的发生以及病情变化均具有重要的临床意义。
