地沟油制脂肪酸甲酯的碘催化异构化反应 被引量:6

IODINE-CATALYZED ISOMERIZATION OF FATTY ACID METHYL ESTER FROM WASTE OIL

摘要 以碘为催化剂,对地沟油制脂肪酸甲酯异构化反应和不同空间构型的异构化产物进行Diels-Alder反应的难易程度进行了研究。采用GC-MS、UV、IR及MS等手段测定了异构化产物的组成分布、共轭结构和空间构型,研究了催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对异构化反应的影响规律。结果表明:经碘催化异构化后,亚油酸甲酯主要转变成反-反式共轭结构,少量转变成顺-反式共轭结构。碘催化异构化反应速度较快,物料反应1h基本达到平衡。地沟油制脂肪酸甲酯经异构化后,其中具有反-反空间构型的共轭亚油酸甲酯,易与马来酸酐发生D-A反应,而顺-反空间构型的共轭亚油酸甲酯较难发生D-A反应。 The isomerization reaction of fatty acid methyl ester made from waste oil with the catalyst iodine and the effect of steric configuration of reactant in Diels-Alder reaction were investigated.The reactive mixtures composition,structure and steric configuration,and the effects of catalyst quantity,reaction temperature and reaction time on the isomerization reaction were studied by GC-MS,UV,IR and MS.It was found that methyl linoleate was mainly converted into conjugation formation by iodinecatalyzed isomerization,only a small amount was converted into cis-trans formation.Meanwhile,hydrogenation and polymerization occurred with isomerization.An increase in the catalyst iodine or reaction temperature was beneficial to improve the conjugation yield.On the contrary,too much iodine or too high reaction temperature distinctly promoted the polymerization and reduced the conjugation yield.The iodine catalytic isomerization reaction was fast and nearly reached the equilibrium in 1 h.Synthesis of C22 dicarboxylic acid monomethyl ester by Diels-Alder reaction between trans-trans steric configuration of conjugated methyl linoleate and maleic anhydride was easier than cis-trans formation and maleic anhydride.
