摘要
棉油酸经氯化-酯化-蒸馏制得氯化棉油酸甲酯。采用正交实验法筛选出了此工艺的最佳工艺条件。棉油酸氯化最佳工艺条件:反应时间为3.5h,催化剂用量为棉油酸重量的0.3%,反应温度为70℃,通氯量(氯气与棉油酸的摩尔比)为20:1。氯化棉油酸甲酯化最佳工艺条件:反应温度为180℃,催化剂用量为氯化棉油酸质量的2%,甲醉:氯化棉油酸=1:2.0(mol),反应时间为4h。在此条件下进行平行试验,精酯收率均在80%以上。
Chlorinated methyl ester of cotfon oil acid is prepared by chlorination-esterification-distillation, optimum process conditions are defined.Optimum conditions in chlorination of cotton oil acid:reaction time is 3.5 h,amount of catalyst is 0.3% of amount of cotton oil acid(wt), reaction temperature is 70℃ mole ratio of chlorine/cotton oil acid is 2.0:1. Optimum conditions in methyl-esterification of chlorinated cotton oil acid:reaction temperature is 180℃,amount of catalyst is 2%of amount of chlorinated cotton oil acid(wt),methanol:chlorinated cotton oil acid=1:2.0(mole ratio),reaction time is 4 h.Replicatc experiments tinder the aforementioned conditions have above 80% of yield of pure ester.
