摘要
脑血管疾病（cerebrovasculardisease，CVD）是指由各种原因导致的急慢性脑血管病变，其中血管壁受损是其最主要的病因。血管性血友病因子（vwF）作为血管内皮细胞功能的特异性标志物，其在CVD的发生、发展过程中也发挥着重要的作用。本文将就vWF与CVD关系的研究进展进行综述。
Cerebrovascular disease （CVD） is a group of acute or chronic cerebrovascular pathological changes caused by various reasons and damaged vascular walls are the main pathological changes. Von Willebrand factor （vWF） represents a specific marker of endothelial cell function and plays a vital role in the development of cerebrovascular disease. In this review, the recent study and prospects on the relationship between vWF and cerebrovascular disease are discussed.
