摘要
苦碟子注射液是以菊科植物抱茎苦荬菜全草为原料制成的注射剂,具有活血止痛、清热祛瘀之功效。近代药理学研究也表明苦碟子注射液能有效地改善血液循环,增强机体的抗氧化能力,临床上多用于治疗心脑血管疾病。近年来,苦碟子注射液也逐步用于其他疾病的治疗,并与相关药物联用,取得显著的临床疗效,该文主要对苦碟子注射液临床应用现状进行综述。
Kudiezi injection, which is believed to have the effect of promoting blood circulation for relie- ving pain and clearing beat for removing blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine, is made of whole plant of Compositae Ixeris sonchifolia. Modem pharmacology study shows that kudiezi injection can effectively improve blood circulation and strengthen body＇s antioxidant ability. And it is mainly used for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Recently, kudiezi injection is gradually used alone or combined with related drugs for the treatment of other diseases, with significant clinical effects achieved. Here is to summarize the clinical application of kudiezi injection.
