摘要
新课程要求信息技术教师必须进一步丰富专业知识、提高专业能力。促进信息技术教师专业发展的对策主要包括倡导反思性教学、开展校本培训以及优化教师成长环境。
Information Technology Teachers must enrich professional knowledge and improve professional ability under the background of the new curriculum. Countermeasures of promoting professional development of information technology teachers include sparkplugging reflective teaching, developing the school-based teachers’ training and optimizing teachers’ growth environment.
