摘要
通过对广西边境中学体育教师成长的环境状况进行调查发现:广西边境中学体育教师对自身专业发展不很满意,他们认为外部环境不利他们专业成长,另外职业地位低下、体育课程不受重视、体育建设投入不足等外部因素也影响他们专业发展的积极性.为此,提出创造和培育体育教师成长的良好外部环境和积极心理环境的几点建议.
This paper discusses an investigation on the growth environment for PE teachers of middle schools in Guangxi border areas in which it found that these teachers were not quite satisfied with their professional development, the external environment was adverse to their professional growth;and regarded that the occupational status was at lower level, their courses were of little valued and there was in- sufficient investment in sports construction. And in the end it puts forward some constructive suggestions.
