宫内妊娠合并宫外孕成功保胎1例

摘要 宫内孕合并宫外孕在自然情况下是极罕见的异常妊娠，随着辅助生殖技术的不断开展，宫内妊娠合并宫外孕的发病率也明显升高。宫内妊娠合并宫外孕发生时，严重威胁宫内妊娠的继续和孕妇的生命，需采取安全有效的措施治疗宫外孕。我院收治了1例体外授精一胚胎移植术后宫内妊娠合并宫外孕的患者，适时行腹腔镜下异位妊娠病灶切除术后，成功保胎至孕2月余出院，目前患者孕5月余，胎儿宫内发育正常。
