异体颗粒细胞线粒体移植对牛孤雌激活胚胎发育的影响 被引量:4

Effect of allo-granular cells' mitochondria transfer on bovine parthenogenetic embryos' developmental potencial

摘要 为了探讨线粒体对孤雌激活胚胎发育潜能的影响,比较了异体颗粒细胞线粒体移植的牛孤雌激活胚胎、胚胎培养液移植的孤雌激活胚胎和正常孤雌激活胚胎的发育情况。结果表明,异体颗粒细胞线粒体移植组和胚胎培养液移植组的牛孤雌激活胚胎的激活率差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著低于正常激活组(P<0.05);异体颗粒细胞线粒体移植组与正常激活组的孤雌激活胚胎卵裂率差异不显著(P>0.05),但均明显高于胚胎培养液移植组(P<0.05);异体颗粒细胞线粒体移植组的孤雌激活胚胎桑椹胚率极显著高于胚胎培养液移植组和正常激活组(P<0.01)。可见牛异体颗粒细胞线粒体移植可改善牛孤雌激活胚的发育。 To investigate the effect of mitochondria on parthenogenetic embryos' developmental potential,the development of mitochondria injection embryos, medium injection embryos and normal activation embryos were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the activation rates of allo-granular cells' mitochondria injection group and embryo culture medium injection group (P〉 0. 05),but activation rates of these two group were both lower than that of the normal activation group (P〈0. 05) ; the cleavage rates of allo-granular cells' mitochondria injection group and normal activation group had no significant difference,but were higher than that of the medium injection group (P〈0.05); the morula rate of allo-granular cells' mitochondria injection group was higher than that of the medium injection group and normal activation group (P〈 0. 01). Therefore the allo-granular cells' mitochondria transfer improved the development of bovine parthenogenetic embryos.
