摘要
目的:探讨中药材中微量元素含量与其功效间的相关性。方法:以12种补益中药中的微量元素为研究对象,运用对应分析方法进行微量元素信息解析。结果:根据中药中的微量元素含量,计算出R型、Q型因子载荷矩阵和作出对应分析因子载荷平面图。结果表明该类中药中Co、Mo、Ni、Fe、Mn具有较高的相关性,而Zn、Cu是相对独立的变量。结论:对应分析能揭示出中药和微量元素之间的内在联系,是一种较好的中药功效分析研究方法。
Objective： To find the relevance between the quantities of trace elements and the effects of traditional Chinese Medicines. Methods： The trace element in 12 kinds of benefit traditional Chinese Medicines were selected as subject of re- search and information analysis was carried out by correspondence analysis method. Results： The calculated results, such as R type and Q type factor loading matrix were gained and a points clustering plane figure of correspondence analysis factor was made according to the content of trace element. The result indicated that there are close relationship among Co, Mo, Ni, Fe and Mn, but Zn and Cu are relative independent variables in this class traditional Chinese Medicines. Conclusions： With cor- respondence analysis method, it is revealed that there is a correlation between the trace element contents and effect of Chi- nese medicine. The result shows that the correspondence analysis is a good method for the efficacy analysis of Chinese Medicines.
