微波溶样ICP-AES法测定三种珍稀药用真菌中的微量元素 被引量:2

Determination of Elements in Rare Officinal Fungus of Wolfiporia cocos,Phellinus igniarius and Inonotus obliquus by Microwave Digestion-ICP-AES

摘要 采用微波消解ICP-AES法同时测定了茯苓、桑黄和桦褐孔菌子实体中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Se和Cr 8种微量元素。结果显示,3种药用真菌中均含有这8种元素,其中茯苓样品中Ca和Fe含量最高,为212.36μg.·g 1和164.08μg.g-1;桑黄样品中Mn、Zn和Se含量最高,为22.62μg.g-1、91.03μg.·g 1和2.68μg.g-1;而桦褐孔菌样品中Mg、Cu和Cr含量最高,分别是953.60μg.g-1、10.25μg.g-1和2.59μg.·g 1。检出限<0.008μg.mL-1,方法简便、可靠,具有良好的精密度和准确度。 The samples were digested by microwave. A direct method is reported for the determination of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Se and Cr in rare officinal fungus of Wolfiporia cocos, Phellinus igniarius and Inonotus obliquus by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP- AES) . The results showed that the amount of Ca and Fe are the highest in sample of Wolfiporia cocos, the value is 212.36 and 164.08 μg·g^-1 ; in sample of Phellinus igniarius Mn, Zn and Se have maximal content and the value is 22. 62, 91 03 and 2.68 μg·g^-1 ; at the same time, the amount of Mg, Cu and Cr is 953.60 , 10. 25, 2.59 μg ·g^-1, respectively in sample of Inonotus obliquus and there were also the maximal value. It was proved that the method is accuracy and precision because the detection limit was less than 0. 008 μg·mL^-1. The method was applied to the determination of fungus materials with good agreement.
