摘要
目的探讨以信息化设备为基础设置的智能化二级护士站,达到减少了护士的护理服务半径,减轻护士工作强度,提升护理工作效率的作用。方法在合理设置二级护士站点的基础上,在二级护士站内配备智能化输液监控显示屏,书写记事的荧光板,护理移动推车和移动护理i-TOUCH,使二级护士站达到智能化的水平。结果比较应用智能化二级护士站前后各项指标,应用后护士到病床的时间、距离、亮红灯次数(输液治疗高峰期9:00-11:00)均下降,患者满意度、护士满意度、医生满意度均得到了大幅提升。结论智能化二级护士站的设立将护士站功能整体前移,在运行中加强了对二级护士站的管理和质量控制,降低了护理人员的工作强度,提升了工作效率,方便了患者,提升了患者、医生的满意度及护士职业满意度。
Objective Discuss whether intellectualized secondary nurse station on the basis of informatized equipments could reduce nurses service radius, work stress and improve nursing service efficiency. Method Based on the rational setting of secondary nurse stations, equip them with smart transfusion monitor displayers, fluorescent screens for memos, nursing mobile carts and i-touch for mobile nursing so that the station could be intellectualized. Results Compare all indicators before and after the application of intellectualized secondary nurse station, showing that the time to hospital bed, distance and the frequency of red light （transfusion rush hour is from 9：00 to 11：00） decreased while patients＂ satisfaction, nurses＂ satisfaction as well as doctors＂ satisfaction significantly increased. Conclusion The setting of intellectualized secondary nurse station strengthens the management and quality control on secondary nurse station, relieves the nurses＂ working strength, improves work efficiency and brings convenience to patients, which in turn also improves the satisfaction from patients, nurses and doctors.
