摘要
近年来,现代学徒制成为职业教育领域研究的热点。教育部设立了职业教育现代学徒制试点,现代学徒制在实践探索方面也取得了一定成效。从正反两方面分析中国职业院校实施现代学徒制的影响因素,提出改善职业教育实施现代学徒制条件的相关建议。
Modem apprenticeship system has turned to be a hot topic in vocational education research in the recent past years. The State Ministry of Education has established pilot modem apprenticeship system for voca- tional education, which contributes to some achievements in the practical research on modem apprenticeship sys- tem. The article analyzes the factors affecting implementation of modem apprenticeship system in vocational col- leges in China from the positive and negative aspects and makes suggestions on improvement of the conditions for implementation of modem apprenticeship system in vocational colleges.
