摘要
针对载人潜器载人舱布局问题,以模糊层次综合评估方法为主要方法开展了载人潜器载人舱布局方案综合评估的研究工作。研究了评估指标体系的构建原则和分析标准,对载人潜器载人舱布局进行了人机工程要求分析,并在此基础上建立了载人潜器载人舱布局方案的评估指标体系及其递阶层次结构;提出了载人舱布局评估流程,对于该流程的可行性进行了有效验证;建立了布局优化评估的数学模型,选择并列选择遗传算法作为布局优化的求解方法。最后,针对一型载人潜器载人舱布局进行了研究,得到了优化的布局,验证了指标体系及算法的可行性,为载人潜器载人舱布局设计提供了参考。
In consideration of the problems of the human occupied vehicle (HOV) manned cabin layout, the authors did research into the comprehensive evaluation of the HOV cabin layout, mainly through use of the fuzzy hierarchical evaluation method. The research included the construction principles and analysis criteria of the evaluation index system, analysis of the ergonomic requirements for the HOV manned cabin layout, and on this basis, the authors set up the evaluation index system and its hierarchical structure of the HOV manned cabin layout scheme. They also proposed the procedure to evaluate the HOV manned cabin layout and effectively validated the feasibility of this procedure, built the mathematical model for the layout optimization and evaluation, and chose the parallelism selection genetic algorithm (PSGA) as the solution method for the layout optimization. Finally, one particular HOV manned cabin layout was studied and the optimized layout scheme was obtained, which verified the feasibility of the index system and algorithm, offering a reference for the HOV manned cabin layout design.
