摘要
针对矿用可移动式救生舱在实际操作时维修质量和维修效率不高的问题,分析救生舱在煤矿井下装配与维修的人机特性,给出救生舱装配与维修的可达性与可视性等人机性验证要求,提出基于CATIA和DELMIA的救生舱井下装配与维修的人机性验证方法。对救生舱进行装配与维修的人机性验证,对装配的可达性与可视性、碰撞与干涉和作业姿态进行仿真分析。验证过程及仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性与可行性。
To solve the problem that maintenance quality and maintenance efficiency is not high in the actual operation of the maintenance staff of the mine movable refuge chamber,the human-machine features are analyzed when the refuge chamber is assembled or maintained in the coal mine.The human-machine verification requirements on the accessibility and visibility are proposed.The verifying method of the human-machine features based on CATIA and DELMIA is presented.A certain type of refuge chamber' human-machine features with the method are verified.The accessibility and visibility,collision and interference and work attitude are analyzed in the assembly process.The verifying process and simulating results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
