摘要
The therapy of removing toxic material (TORTM) is a characteristic curing method of TCM.This passage has summarized its development in the field of internal medicine.①TORTM showed obvious curing effect in tackling with kinds of viral hepatitis.It raised the cured rate or the effective rate,and advanced the inspecting standards of the virus markers of viral hepatitis. ②The application of the Chinese medicines of removing toxic material can improve clinical symptoms and renal function of the patients with chronic renal failure.③The introduction of TORTM had good curing performance in the period of the activity of rheumatoid arthritis,the effective rate of which was beyond 90%.④The combination of TORTM and other curing methods can not only raise cured rate but also raise the rate of clearing and recurring of Helicobacter pylori (HP) in the aspect of peptic ulcer relating to infection of HP.⑤The application of the injection preparations and decoctions of Chinese drugs which have the function of removing toxic material cured kinds of acute cerebravascular diseases effectively.⑥The curing effect of TORTM was definite in the aspect of malignant tumors.The application of the drugs containing arsenic to curing acute leudemia has exemplified successfully.
