摘要
中医对浊毒之邪的认识及其致病特点。慢性肾衰竭标实之邪可归结为浊毒之邪,浊毒之邪主要指内浊与内毒,以及浊毒之邪在慢性肾衰竭中的致病特点和常见临床表现,现代医学对慢性肾衰竭浊毒之邪的认识。进而在慢性肾衰竭中提出浊毒致病的理论和相应的治疗策略。
Traditional Chinese Medicine described zhuodu and its characteristic resulting in disease. In chrenic renal failure, biaoshi can be due to zhuodu,which is mostly due to internal zhuo and du from body itself. In chronic renal failure,characteristic and common clinical expression of zhuodu was discussed. Contemporary Medicine related zhuodu in chronic renal failure was also included. Based on these research works, we present Zhuodu theory and its treatment principle in chronic renal failure
