摘要
应用颅脑ＣＴ扫描对清开灵注射液治疗脑出血进行治疗前后对比观察，发现其液化吸收率达９６．７０％，血肿完全消失者占７６．９２％，表明清开又注射液能促进颅内血肿液化吸收，减轻脑水肿。提示颅脑ＣＴ扫描对脑出血进行治疗前后动态观察，是目前判定疗效的最佳客观指标之一，对进一步探讨疾病的实质、深入研究药物作用机理，有积极作用。
The intracranial CT is applied to the contrast observation before and after the treatment on cerebral hemorrhage treated with Qing-Kai-Ling injection. It is found that the liquefaction absorption rate reaches 96.7%,and the ones the hematoma disappears completely accounts for 76.92%.It not only demonstrates that the Qing-Kai-Ling injection can promote the liquefaction absorption of the intracranial hematoma and relieve the cerebral edema,but also suggests that the dynamic observation before and after the treatment on the cerebral hemorrhage by means of intracanial CT is one of the best objective indexes to judge the curative effect at present.So it has an active function for further research on the disease's essentials and the functional mechanism of medication.
