摘要
为探讨预防型抗氟剂 (Ⅰ型 - 1) [PAA (Ⅰ - 1) ]的慢性毒性 ,选用 6 4只健康Wistar大鼠 ,随机分成 4组 ,即A组 (4 0 0mg/kg d) ,B组 (80mg/kg d) ,C组 (16mg/kg d)和D组 (对照组 )。灌胃给药 ,进行了为期 6个月的实验研究。结果表明 ,除高剂量组动物体重增长缓慢 ,尿常规、白细胞和血小板计数较低 (但与对照组比较差异无显著性 ) ,血清总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯 ,血清丙氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、淀粉酶、尿素氮无显著变化 ,血清超氧化物歧化酶活性和微量元素高于对照组 ,但差异也无显著性。提示 ,[PAA (Ⅰ - 1)
In order to study the chronic toxicity of preventive anti fluorine agent(Ⅰ\|1),64 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.Group A(400 mg/kg d),B(80 mg/kg d),and C(16 mg/kg d)were treated with preventive anti fluorine agent(Ⅰ-1),and group D served as negative control.The body weight,organ index,urine and blood analysis and biochemistry target were examined in all rats.The results showed that only in group A,the increase of the body weight slackened,and there were some decrease in routine urine test,leucocyte and platelet count,however,with no significant difference.No apparent difference was found in the total protein and albumin contents of blood serum,CT,TG,ALT,AKP,and BUN.The activity of SOD and trace elements increased without significant difference.All these showed that the preventive anti fluorine agent(I\|1)exerts no significant chronic toxicity.
