摘要
采用大鼠研究硼与锌联用对氟毒性的拮抗作用。结果表明 ,氟暴露组大鼠尿氟增高 ,长骨骨氟及血清碱性磷酸酶活性增高 ,血清微量元素铜、锌降低 ,脾脏自然杀伤细胞和白细胞介素 2活性降低 ,与对照组比较均有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;而硼锌联用对氟毒性具有明显拮抗作用 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。提示硼锌联用可以减轻机体氟负荷 ,调整体内微量元素的平衡 ,增强机体免疫功能 ,并优于单纯用硼。
The antagonistic effects of Boron and Zinc on toxicity of fluoride in rats were observed.Results showed that of fluoride exposure groups,levels of fluoride in long bone and urine,activity of alkaline phosphatase in serum as compared with control group,significantly increased.( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Exposure groups contents of copper,zine in serum and acivity of th natural killer cells,interleukin 2 were lower than those of control group.Boron and zine could significantly antagonize the toxiciyty of fluoride.It suggested that Boron and Zine could reduce th fluoride load,regulate the balance of trace elements and enhance immune function in rats,and the effects of Boron and Zine were better than those of simple boron compound.
