摘要
目的：观察针刺配合手法整复治疗急性踝关节扭伤的疗效.方法：36例患者均在发病之初即采用针刺配合手法整复治疗,观察其临床疗效.结果：治愈30例,显效6例,无效0例,总有效率为100％.结论：针刺配合手法整复治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效显著,无副作用,值得临床推广应用.
Objective： To observe the curative effects of acupuncture combined with manipulative reduction treating acute ankle sprain. Methods： 36 cases of patients received therapy of acupuncture and manipulative reduction at the beginning of the attack, to observe the clinical efficacy. Results： 30 cases were cured, 6 cases effective, none ineffective, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with manipulative re- duction treating acute ankle sprain is remarkably effective without side effects, being worthy of clinical popularization and application.
