摘要
消瘀止痛膏治疗急性软组织损伤临床疗效显著。为探讨其治疗机理 ,采用钝头铁杵从上向下自由落体造成 73只Whistar大鼠右下肢非开放性软组织损伤模型 ,以麝香壮骨膏为对照 ,进行用药前后的肉眼和病理组织学观察 ,结果表明消瘀止痛膏治疗后大鼠病变损伤程度明显低于基质膏对照组 ,P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1。
Xiaoyu Zhitong”(removing blood stasis and alleviating pain) ointment has remarkable clinical effect on acute soft tissue injuries.In order to explore its therapeutic mechanism, 73 Whistar rat models were made by an iron bar falling naturally to make the rat's right limb injured.With Shexing Zhuanggu ointment(musk bone strengthening) as contol,macroscopic and histopathologic observations were performed before and after plaster ointment application.The results showed the degree of pathologic injury in the rats treated with“ Xiaoyu Zhitong” ointment was much lower than that in the control group with matrix onintment (P<0.01～0.05).It indicates that Xiaoyu Zhitong ointment had remarkable curative effect of alleviating turgescence, removing blood stassis and counteracting inflammation.
