摘要
目的：探讨自闭症儿童父母人格的基本情况及与共情、泛自闭症表型的关系。方法：采用大五人格问卷、中文版人际反应指针量表（IRI—C）、泛自闭症表型问卷（BAPQ）对173名自闭症儿童父母及253名正常儿童的父母进行调查。结果：①自闭症儿童父母的宜人性、严谨性、外向性得分显著低于正常儿童父母，神经质得分显著高于正常儿童父母；②自闭症儿童父母观点采择、共情关心得分显著低于正常儿童父母，个人痛苦得分显著高于正常儿童父母；③人格各维度与IRI—C、BAPQ总分及各维度呈不同程度的相关；④人格各维度对IRI—C三个维度（共情关心、观点采择、个人痛苦）具有不同程度的预测作用（R。值在0．149-0．332之间）；人格对BAPQ总分有显著预测作用（R2=0．132）。结论：自闭症儿童的父母存在与自闭症儿童的临床表现类似的人格特征，大五人格特质与共情能力、泛自闭症表型可能存在某种内在联系。
Objective： To explore the personality of parents of the children with autism and its relationship with empa- thy and the broad autism phenotype. Methods： 173 parents of the children with autism and 253 parents of normal children were assessed by the Big Five Personality Scale and the Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C（IRI-C）, and the Broad Autism Phenotype Questionnaire（BAPQ）. Results： 0）The research group and control group had significant differences in Agree- ableness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Neuroticism; （~）There were significant difference between research and control group in Perspective taking, Empathy concern and Personal distress; （~）Each dimension scores of personality was signifi- candy correlated with the total score and dimension scores of IRI-C and BAPQ; （~）Pesonality had significantly effect on three dimensions in the IRI-C（Perspective taking, Empathy concern and Personal distress）（R2=O.149-0.332）, and had sig- nificantly effect on the total score of the BAPQ（R2=0.132）. Conclusion： The personality traits of parents of the autistic chil- dren are somehow similar to the clinical features of the children with autism. Personality has a potential relation with empa- thy and Broad Autism Phenotype.
