摘要
利用红外光谱法(FTIR)快速测定聚丙烯(PP)中抗氧剂168的含量,分别得到PP/(抗氧剂168和PP/抗氧剂1010(定量)+抗氧剂168)中抗氧剂168含量与其特征吸收峰面积的标准曲线,其相关系数均大于0.99。结果表明:样品中抗氧剂168的计算值与测量值相对误差都不超过7%,该方法基本适用于实际检测的需要。
The content of antioxidant 168 in polypropylene (PP) was measured by infrared spectroscopy, and the standard curves of characteristic absorption peak area of antioxidants-168 in polypropylene (PP) and PPl(antioxidant 168+antioxidant 1010(quantitative)) were obtained, which correlation coefficients were more than 0.99. The results show that: the relative error is less than 7% between calculated value as well as measured value, and the method satisfies the actual tests.
