摘要
介绍了用FTIR法测定聚丙烯中抗氧剂含量的方法。采用外标法,分析确定了波数为1 682 cm-1作为抗氧剂A的特征峰,该处基本上不受聚丙烯和其它添加剂的出峰干扰,抗氧剂的含量与其红外吸收峰的强度在实验浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数达0.997。用标准曲线测定了未知样中抗氧剂A含量,抗氧剂A的相对误差小于4.5%。此方法为确定聚丙烯生产装置中抗氧剂的加入量及监控产品质量提供了新的分析测试手段,制样、测试简单方便、准确,有很好的推广价值和应用前景。
A method for determination of the antioxidant in polypropylene (PP) by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) is described. The infrared absorbance at 1 682 cm^-1 was characterized for antioxidant A. Whichwas free of the influence of PP and other additives. Result showed that the linear relationship between the area ofpeak and the content of antioxidant was excellent, and the correlation coefficient reaches 0. 997. The unknown antioxidant content was regressed with standard curve ,the relative error of antioxidant A was less than 4. 5%. A newanalysis method of adding available content of antioxidant and controlling product quality in PP was provided. Thismethod was simple, reliable and can be applied to other polymers as well.
