摘要
本文研究了从ＳＩＳ中分离抗氧剂以及采用反相高效液相色谱法测定抗氧剂１０１０含量的实验方法。采用美国惠普公司生产的ＨＰ１０５０型高效液相色谱仪、Ｖ．Ｗ．Ｄ紫外检测器、Ｗａｔｅｒｓ公司产Ｎｏｖａ－ＰａｋＣ１８柱，以乙腈／甲醇为流动相，外标法定量测定了ＳＩＳ中抗氧剂含量。该法线性回归系数γ＝０．９９９７，回收率为９８９％～１０１．２％，方法标准偏差为０．０２％，该法是测定弹性体中抗氧剂含量的有效方法。
n this paper,the separation of antioxidant 1010 from SIS and the Quantitative determination have been studied.by high-performance liquid chromatography.The recommened conditions for the analysis were as follows:instrument,HP1050 Liquid chromatography;column,Nova-Pak C18(Waters),150mm×3.9mm I.D.;Detector,UV,λ=254nm;mobile phase,acetoritrile-methanol(50/50).The linear regresion coefficient is 0.9997.Percent recovery is from 98.9%to 101.2%.Standard daviation is 0.02%.This method is effective to determine the content of antioxidant in elastomer.
