摘要
原料乳的质量是乳制品质量与安全的关键因素。我国奶牛养殖分布于不同的区域,不同饲养方式下的原料乳质量差异较大。本研究对不同养殖方式、不同季节和不同区域的原料乳成份进行了系统分析,建立了不同基地牛乳质量数据库,对控制原料乳质量具有重要意义。
The quality of dairy products is closely related to the quality of raw milk. The content of the composition such as protein, fat, lactose is important in determining the quality of raw milk. Studies have shown that these indicators will be affected by feeding way and seasonal climate factors. In this study, the effect of different seasons, district and feeding ways on the composition of raw milk was analyzed. The database of dairy quality for different district was established, it had signiifcance to the control of raw milk quality.
