迭代重建技术在临床低剂量腹部CT扫描中的应用进展 被引量:17

摘要 计算机体层成像(CT)图像拥有优质的密度分辨率和空间分辨率,其可靠的诊断价值在临床获得了 广泛认可,随着临床CT检查次数的不断增加,CT扫描的辐射危害越来越引起人们重视.根据国际共识,CT检查应遵循放射防护的“合理使用低剂量(ALARA-principle)”的基本原则,强渊在保证临床诊断的前提下,使辐射剂量保持在合理的尽可能低的水平[1].腹部CT检查一般要进行多期增强扫描(动脉期、静脉期、延迟期),与其他检查部位相比,病人接受的辐射剂量会成倍增加,所以腹部CT检查有必要采用低剂量扫描方式[2].近几年,为了改善CT图像质量和降低辐射剂量,迭代重建(Iterative reconstruction,IR)技术逐渐应于于CT 图像的重建,本文就其相关原理及其在临床腹部CT的应用价值进行综述.
