儿童肩、肘关节及肱骨低剂量扫描方法探讨

摘要 目的:在最高和最低值之间选择儿童(学龄期和青春期)CT扫描剂量,既要避免剂量过高也要避免出现扫描失败而重复扫描。方法:采用尸体实验和成人200例大样本病例对照,最后,参照试验结果以成人最低剂量为起点逐步降低剂量值,应用于必需进行CT检查的儿童,以不选用儿童志愿者的方法进行研究。结果:儿童普通多层螺旋CT肩、肘关节在满足诊断要求的前提下扫描剂量降低的最低限度是120kV;100mAs。结论:在达到与成人一致的图像质量时,儿童所需的X线剂量比成人低,在一定范围内降低管电流和管电压即可以减低辐射剂量又不影响图像质量。儿童CT检查不能再沿用成人的剂量标准了。 Objective:CT scanning dose was selected within the maximum and the minimum to avoid exorbitant dose and repeat scanning results from lost.Methods:The body experiments and 200 adult samples were compared.The de-escalating dose on the experimental lowest dose of adults was applicable on children who should accept necessary CT scanning instead of volunteer children.Results:The lowest dose of children common multi-slice spiral CT is 120 kV,100 mAs which can meet the diagnosis.Conclusion:The required X-ray dose of children is lower than adult to afford the same images. Tube current and voltage can be reduced within a certain scope to decrease radiate dose and ensure the quality of images. The dosage standard of adults can not be applicable on children.
