摘要
用正交设计法考察了不同浓度的 6苄基腺嘌呤 (6BA)、萘乙酸 (NAA)和蔗糖对中华芦荟丛生芽诱导的影响 .方差分析结果显示 :糖对中华芦荟丛生芽诱导的影响最大 ,其次是 6BA ,而NAA影响最小 .筛选出中华芦荟丛芽诱导的最佳培养基为MS + 2 0mg/L 6BA + 0 3mg/LNAA + 30g/L蔗糖 .并对中华芦荟丛生芽进行了生根处理 ,生根培养基为 1/ 2MS + 0 2mg/LNAA 。
The effects of 6 BA,NAA and Sucrose on the tufted bud induction of Aloe vera L. var. chinesis(Haw.)Berger were studied by L 9(3 4)orthogonal design. The variance analysis of the experimental results showed that the actions of the three factors were all extremely remarkable. Among the three factors, Sucrose was the most important one for the tuftedbud induction of Aloe vera L. var. chinesis(Haw.) Berger, followed by 6BA and NAA was the weakest. The best medium for the tuftedbud induction of Aloe vera L. var. chinesis(Haw.)Berger was MS+2 0 mg/L 6 BA+ 0 3 mg/L NAA+30 g/LSucrose. Tufted buds of Aloe vera L. var. chinesis(Haw.)Berger could root very well in the medium which was 1/2 MS+02 mg/LNAA.The young plants by tissue culture were transplanted successfully.
