中华芦荟快繁技术研究

摘要 实验通过诱导愈伤组织和促进腋芽分枝能力两种途径对中华芦荟进行快繁。结果表明:在MS培养基中加入600mg/L的抗坏血酸可有效预防外植体的褐化。愈伤组织诱导途径中由叶诱导愈伤组织阶段和愈伤组织诱导芽阶段的最佳PGR种类和浓度配比分别为2mg/L6-BA+1.7mg/L2,4-D、4mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA;促进腋芽分枝能力方式中腋芽诱导丛生芽阶段的最佳PGR种类和浓度配比为2mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA;由芽诱导生根阶段最佳PGR种类和浓度配比为0.3mg/LNAA。促进腋芽分枝能力方式比诱导愈伤组织方式更适合中华芦荟的快速繁殖。 In this study, the object was to build two ways that callus induction and the ability to promote axillary branching for rapid propagation of China Aloe.In MS medium supplemented with 600mg/L of ascorbic acid may be effective in preventing browning of explants.By means of the propagation of callus induction from leaf callus induction and callus induction stage the best bud stage type and concentration ratio of PGR was 2mg/L 6-BA+1.7 mg/L 2,4-D,4 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5mg/L NAA;Through the promotion of small buds shoot meristem propagation channels, induced a small bud stage of bud meristem best PGR type and concentration ratio of 2mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA;By stage rooting species and concentration ratio of PGR was 0.3mg/LNAA. The way to promote the ability of axillary branching is more appropriate than by callus induction for callus induction rapid propagation of China Aloe.
