摘要
采用SLP法对某生产企业进行生产设施的规划设计,通过工艺分析和工艺排序,划分作业单元,分析各作业单元之间的物流关系和非物流关系,得到各作业单元之间的综合相关性,并依据此得出该企业两套可行的设施规划方案。采用加权因素法,进行计算和分析,对各个方案做出评价,选出最佳方案。
The SLP is used to plan and design production facility for a certain enterprise. Operating unit is divided through process analysis and process sequencing. The correlation between the various operating units is proposed through analysis of the logistics and non-logistics relations among the various operating units. Two sets of feasible facilities plan are obtained. Then, using the weighting factors method to evaluate the various schemes so the best scheme is chosen by calculating and analysis.
