摘要
文章着重把精益生产的思想引入了设施规划改进程序模型中,通过该模型对一个具体的实例(某变压器厂的箱体车间)进行的深入而系统的分析,对该车间的设备进行了重新布置,同时对操作人员也进行了相应的调整,改善设计后的生产车间及基本实现了“一个流”的思想,满足了精益生产的要求。
This paper mainly leads lean thinking into a model of the facility layout improvement procedure. Through this model, a concrete case (the tank workshop of a certain transformer enterprise) is analyzed deeply, the layout of the facilities in this workshop is redesigned, and the labors are also restructured accordingly. After the improvement, the workshop will achieve the method of "one-piece-flow" basically, and meet the requirement of lean production.
