摘要
以某铝业公司为研究对象,在分析其产品工艺流程的基础上,采用系统布置设计法(SLP)对公司的物流和非物流关系进行分析,以绘制公司的作业单位面积相关图;综合考虑各种限制因素,对作业单位面积相关图进行调整和修正,设计出两套切实可行的布置方案,并对方案进行比较,以确定最佳的公司总平面布置方案,进而为公司的整体布局规划设计提供可实践性指导。
Taking one Aluminium company as study object,based on anal-ysis of product technological process,this paper applies Systematic Layout Planning（SLP） to the analysis of material and non-material flow interrelation of the company,and then makes the operation unit area correlation diagram.Taking all kinds of limiting factors into consideration,it amends and adjusts the operation unit area correlation diagram and gets two feasible layout plans,then the best layout plan of the plant is obtained by comparing the two plans,which can pr-ovide guide for the whole layout of company.
