摘要
探讨了C30钢纤维增强混凝土在工业地坪中的应用,主要分析同种类不同长径比钢纤维、同长度不同种类钢纤维,以及钢纤维掺量与混凝土性能的关系,研究了C30钢纤维工业地坪混凝土(SFRIFC)的工作性能、抗压强度、抗折强度及弯曲韧性;并采取一种简易的判定方法来表征钢纤维混凝土性能与钢纤维之间的关系,从而筛选出钢纤维混凝土的最佳施工方案。试验结果表明,30 mm压痕型钢纤维对混凝土工作性能影响最小,端钩型钢纤维对提高混凝土抗折强度与弯曲韧性的效果最好;随着钢纤维掺量的增加,混凝土的工作性能降低、抗压强度先提高后降低、抗折强度和弯曲韧性均有大幅度提高;当钢纤维地坪混凝土工程设计要求feq,2强度为4 MPa时,端钩型钢纤维掺量21.5 kg/m3为最佳施工方案。
This paper explored the application of C30 steel fiber reinforced concrete in industrial floor. Mainly analyzed the relationship between the different aspect ratio of same types,the different types of same length and volume content of steel fiber and properties of concrete,and studied the workability,compressive strength,flexural strength and bending toughness of C30 steel fiber reinforced industrial floor concrete (SFRIFC). And take a simple method to characterize the relationship between properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete and steel fiber, and screen out the best construction scheme. The results show that properties of C30 steel fiber reinforced concrete is affected by mixing with different types of steel fiber, 30 mm indentation steel fiber had the least influence on workability,end hook steel fiber had the best effect to improve the flexural strength and flexural toughness. With the increase of volume content of steel fiber, workability reduced,compressive strength increases at first then decreases,flexural strength and flexural toughness have greatly improved. When the demand of project design of steel fiber reinforced concrete for floor feq.2 is 4MPa,end hook steel fiber with volume content of 21.5 kg/m3 was the best construction scheme.
