异形钢纤维与基体界面黏结性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究异形钢纤维与基体的界面黏结性能,选择剪切平直型和贝卡尔特双弯钩型两种形状的钢纤维以及不同的混凝土基体强度、埋角进行界面黏结试验.试验结果表明,混凝土强度、钢纤维形状以及钢纤维埋角是影响钢纤维与混凝土界面黏结性能的主要因素.界面黏结强度随混凝土强度的提高而增大,贝卡尔特双弯钩钢纤维与混凝土基体的界面黏结性能优于剪切平直型钢纤维,界面黏结强度随埋角的增大而减小. In order to study the stick performance between the special-shaped steel-fiber and the base-body interface, the shear and smooth steel-fiber, the Bekaert steel-fiber with beth hooks and the different embedding angles is selected. The test results indicate that the strength of concrete, the shape and the embedding angle of the steel fiber are the key factors to affect the stick perfprmance. The stick-strength increases with the increment of the strength of concrete, the stick performance of the Bekaert steel-fiber with beth hooks is better than that of the shear and smooth steel-fiber, and the stick-strength decreases with the increment of the embedding angle.
