摘要
土工膜是一种由高分子聚合物为基础原料制成的工程防水材料,具有良好的延展性和耐腐蚀性,广泛应用于堤坝防渗、边坡防护等工程中。本文采用了0.5mm、1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm四种厚度的双糙面土工膜以及C25、C30两种强度的混凝土,通过渗透性试验和中心拉拔试验,对土工膜-混凝土的抗渗等级、破坏模式、力-位移曲线进行分析,研究二者之间的渗透性能和粘结性能。结果表明:土工膜-混凝土的抗渗等级相较于素混凝土显著提高,土工膜隔层的存在是抗渗等级提高的主要原因;拉拔试验中试件的破坏模式均为加载端土工膜被拉断,糙面土工膜与混凝土的粘结强度大于土工膜抗拉强度;力-位移曲线的荷载峰值和最终位移随土工膜厚度的增加而增大,但当混凝土强度改变时,曲线无明显变化。
Geomembrane is a kind of engineering waterproof material made of high polymer as the base material,which has good ductility and corrosion resistance,and is widely used in dam seepage prevention,slope protection and other projects.In this paper,0.5mm,1.0mm,1.5mm,2.0mm four kinds of thickness of double rough surface geomembrane and C25,C30 two kinds of strength concrete are used.Through permeability test and central drawing test,the permeability resistance grade,failure mode and force⁃displacement curve of geomembrane⁃concrete are analyzed to study the permeability and bonding properties between them.The results show that:The impermeability grade of geomembrane⁃concrete is significantly higher than that of plain concrete,and the existence of geomembrane interlayer is the main reason for the improvement of impermeability grade.The failure mode of the specimens in the drawing test is that the geomembrane at the loading end is broken,and the bond strength between the rough surface geomembrane and concrete is greater than the tensile strength of the geomembrane.The peak load and final displacement of the force⁃displacement curve increase with the increase of the thickness of the geomembrane,but the curve does not change when the strength of concrete changes.
