摘要 本文探讨了病案教学法在细菌学各论中的教学效果。对医学本硕2009班、中医、中西医结合临床和厚博临床医学专业2010级共185名学生作为实验组,采用病案教学法,这些班级的210名学生作为对照组,采取传统讲授法为主,辅以多媒体教学,通过考试成绩分析、教学效果问卷调查,比较两个班的教学效果。实验组平均分为70分,最高分为100分,明显高于对照组(61分和94分),问卷调查反映较好。病案教学在培养学生的科学素养和临床实践能力,全面提高学生的综合素质方面发挥了很大的作用,病案教学适合微生物学各论的学习。 This study explored the effectiveness of using medical records to teach theories of bacteriology. Medical re- cords were used to teach an experimental group of 185 students that consisted of students who entered the Master's in medicine program in 2009 as well as members of the class starting in 2010 who majored in traditional Chinese medicine, integrative clinical medicine, or clinical medicine (at Houbo College). Traditional techniques supplemented by multimedia were used to teach a control group of 210 students that consisted of students from both the Master's program and the class starting in 2010. Examination results were analyzed and a survey on the effectiveness of instruction was conducted to com- pare how effectively the 2 groups of students were taught. The experimental group had an average score of 70 points on exams and a high score of 100 points; these results were clearly better than those of the control group, which had an aver- age score of 61 points on exams and a high score of 94 points. In addition, the experimental group had more favorable sur- vey responses than the control group. Teaching using medical records fosters students" ability to think scientifically and put their knowledge into clinic practice. This form of teaching also improves the overall quality of students. Teaching u sing medical records is suitable for studying theories of microbiology.
