摘要
病理生理学是联系基础医学和临床医学的"桥梁"学科。青海大学医学院病理生理学教研室在临床、预防等班级的教学中开展了病案教学法的实践与探索,用于课程导入、举例、小结、作业、考试等教学环节。通过对368名学生进行问卷调查表明:病案教学法受到学生的普遍欢迎,绝大多数学生认为通过病案教学激发了学习兴趣、培养了学习能力、提高了学习效果,同时促进了教学相长,教师综合素质得以增强,并且课终考试成绩总体提高(P<0.01),提高了教学质量。
Pathophysiology is a kind of bridge subject which connect basic medicine science and clinical medicine. Pathophysiology Department of Qinghai Medical College practice and research case teaching method at clinical medicine, preventive medicine, etc. Based on the questionnaire of 368 students, the results of case teaching method shows that was accepted by students and exciting study interesting, culturing study ability, improving study result. The achievement of examination was improved( P 〈 0.01 ) and promoting study and teaching, enhancing comprehensive teaching quality of teacher.
