红花注射液对家兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤血清MDA和SOD的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察红花注射液对家兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤(SCIRI)血清中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响,并探讨红花注射液脊髓保护的机制。方法采用改良Zivin法建立脊髓缺血再灌注模型。24只新西兰兔随机分为假手术组(C组)、模型组(I/R组)、红花注射液后处理组(P组),每组8只。术后各组分别于再灌注0 h、4 h、12 h、24h、48 h股静脉取血,测定血清中MDA、SOD含量。再灌注48 h后取实验动物L2—5段脊髓行病理学检查,采用HE染色观察脊髓标本的一般病理学改变。结果 P组再灌注4 h、12 h、24 h、48 h血清MDA含量均低于I/R组(P均<0.05),而血清SOD活性均高于I/R组(P均<0.05)。结论红花注射液可显著提高脊髓缺血再灌注损伤后家兔血清SOD活性,降低MDA含量,明显改善脂质过氧化反应的程度。这可能是其发挥脊髓保护作用的一个重要机制。 Objective It is to observe the effect of Honghua injection on serum MDA and SOD in the rabbits with spinal cord ischemia and reperfusion injury(SCIRI) , and to explore the mechanism of spinal cord protection of this injection. Meth- ods The models of SCIRI were established by improved Zivin method. 24 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into sham operation group (group C) , model group (I/Rgroup) , Honghua injection group (group P) , each group had 8 rabbits. The blood from femoral vein was gotten in each group in 0 h, 4 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h after reperfusion to determine serum MDA and SOD concentration after operation. L2 5 seguments of spinal cord of the animals were gotten after 48h's reperfusion to do pathology examination, and pathologic changes of the spinal cord sections were observed by HE stain. Results The contents of serum MDA in group P in 4 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h after reperfusion were all lower than that in I/R group( P 〈 0.05 ) , but the activity of SOD in group P was all higher than that in I/R group at the same times above ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Honghua injection can significantly improve activity of serum SOD and reduce MDA content after SCIRI in rabbits, and improve lipid peroxidation, and this may be one of the important mechanisms of spinal cord protection.
