摘要
建立了红花中的主要功效成分羟基红花黄色素A含量测定的RP-HPLC方法.色谱柱为Betabasic 18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇和0.5%乙酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为402nm,线性范围:0.0432~0.864μg,检测限2.1ng(按信噪比S/N=3计),该方法快速、准确。
A method for determination of the main effective component hydroxysafflor yellow A in Carthamus tinctorius L. by RP-HPLC was established. The chromatographic column was Betabasic 18, eluted in gradient with a methanol-0.5 % aqueous acetic acid mobile phase, 1.0 mL/min flow rate,30℃ column temperature, and 402 nm detection wavelength. The linear range was from 0.043 2 μg to 0. 864 μg, and the limit of detection was 2.1 ng ( S/ N = 3). The method was fast and accurate, and gave satisfied results when applied to determine hydroxysafflor yellow A in Carthamus tincctorius L..
