高温高压处理前后人参药渣多糖预防小鼠高血脂的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究经高温高压处理前后的人参药渣多糖对高血脂小鼠的预防作用。方法将健康昆明小鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组、阳性对照组、模型对照组、人参药渣组和高温高压处理人参药渣组,除空白对照组外均喂高脂饲料。各组小鼠每天灌胃给药1次,连续灌胃45 d后,各组小鼠禁食但不禁水,12 h后断头取血,分离血清,测血清中的总胆固醇(CHO)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)和高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)体积浓度,同时观察各组小鼠生活状态。结果人参药渣多糖和高温高压处理的人参药渣多糖都能极显著降低高脂小鼠血清TG、CHO和LDLC体积浓度,而且高温高压人参药渣多糖能显著性升高HDLC含量。高温高压处理前人参药渣多糖组生活状态改善不明显,处理后人参药渣多糖组生活状态恢复正常。结论高温高压处理人参药渣多糖对高血脂症的预防效果增强。 Objective To investigate the effect of polysaccharide by the disposal of high temperature and pressure on hyper- hpemia mice.Methods ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,respectively,the normal control group,the positive group, the model control group, ginseng dregs group and ginseng dregs disposed by high temperature and group. All the groups except the normal control group are provided with high lipid diet and administered intragastrically with the corre- sponding drugs once a day for successive 45 days. We decapitate the mice to get blood, isolate blood serum, detect CHO, TG, HDLC, and LDLC in the blood serum and observe the condition of mice in these groups. Results Ginseng dregs group and ginseng dregs disposed by high temperature and group can reduce the levels of TG, CHO, and LDLC significantly in hy- perlipemia mice, ginseng dregs disposed by high temperature and pressure could increase the HDLC levels dramatically. Be- fore the disposal, the living conditions of mice in ginseng dregs disposed by high temperature and group may not be im- proved. After the disposal, they are improved dramatically. Conclusions The disposal of high temperature and pressure on the polysaccharide of ginseng dregs is effective in preventing hyperlipemia.
