摘要
介绍了壳聚糖纤维的国内外发展历程;重点阐述了纯壳聚糖纤维工业化环保纺丝过程中的关键技术的研究与突破;详细说明了纯壳聚糖纤维在医疗、卫生、纺织、航天、军工、烟草等领域的应用;并提出通过加强"产学研"合作,加快对纯壳聚糖纤维在高端领域产品的研发,以更好地发挥纯壳聚糖纤维在促进人体健康、提升生活质量方面的作用,推进纯壳聚糖纤维行业持续、健康、快速发展。
This article briefly introduced the history of development of pure chitosan fibers both at home and abroad, with focuses on the research and breakthrough of key technologies of industrialized green spinning of pure chitosan fibers, and on the applications of pure chitosan fibers in the fields of medicine, hygiene, textile, aerospace, military industry, filter, etc. It is suggested that we should strengthen the cooperation between the industry, university and research institutes, and speed up the research and development of pure chitosan fiber related products in high-end application, in order to bring into full play of pure ehitosan fibers in improving human health and the quality of life, thus promoting the pure chitosan fiber industry to develop in a sustained, healthy and rapid way.
