摘要
天然高分子材料壳聚糖,由于它独特的生物、化学和物理特性,被广泛地应用于化工、食品、农业、环保、医药等众多领域。但是在很多情况下,将壳聚糖降解到需要的分子质量是其应用的前提。该文综述了壳聚糖γ辐射降解的方法,以及γ辐射对壳聚糖分子结构和分子质量的影响。并介绍了低聚壳聚糖在抗菌性方面的研究进展。
Chitosan is a polysaccharide occurring in large amount in nature. Due to the unique biological, chemical and physical properties, chitosan have found many applications in various fields.For example, chitosan can be applied in chemical industry, food processing, agriculture, environmental protection as well as valuable biomedical field.This paper reviewed the methods of γ-ray degradation of chitosan and the effect of γ-ray on the molecular structure and weight of chitosan.The research progress of its antibacterial properties is particularly introduced.
