β-磷酸三钙多孔陶瓷与骨髓间充质干细胞生物相容性的体外实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨 β 磷酸三钙 (β tricalciumphosphate ,β TCP)多孔陶瓷与骨髓间充质干细胞 (bonemarrowmes enchymalstemcells ,BMSCs)的生物相容性 ,为组织工程方法修复骨和软骨缺损提供依据。 方法 将骨髓间充质干细胞与β 磷酸三钙多孔陶瓷复合并体外培养 ,然后进行形态学、细胞增殖、DNA含量、蛋白质含量测定。 结果 骨髓间充质干细胞能够贴附在 β 磷酸三钙多孔陶瓷孔隙内生长 ,其DNA复制和蛋白合成功能不受 β 磷酸三钙的影响。 结论 β 磷酸三钙多孔陶瓷生物相容性良好 ,可作为组织工程的支架材料应用于骨和软骨缺损的修复。 Objective To study the biocompatibility of β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) porous ceramic with co-cultured bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in vitro.Methods BMSCs were seeded into β-TCP and cultured in vitro, then their morphological characteristics, cell proliferation, DNA content, protein content were detected. Results BMSCs could attach to the inner surface of β-TCP, and their capability of DNA replication and protein production were not affected by β-TCP. Conclusion β-TCP has good biocompatibility and can provide suitable space for BMSCs. It can be used to repair bone or osteochondrol defects as scaffold in tissue engineering.
