摘要
氦透平膨胀机是氦制冷/液化系统的关键设备。文中介绍了过去30多年氦透平膨胀机在中国的发展状况,对气体轴承的发展、试验台的建立和透平膨胀机的设计以及调试过程进行了介绍,对氦透平膨胀机未来的发展方向进行了重点介绍。
Helium expander is a key component of helium refrigerator and liquefier. This paper reviewed the developments of the helium expander in the past 30 years in China, and introduced the gas bearing development, the establishment of test bed and the design and debugging process of the expander, and focused on introducing the future development direction of helium expander.
