大型低温透平工作运行状态测试平台研究

Research on test platform for working status of large-scale cryogenic turbine

摘要 大型低温透平测试平台可采用氢气、氦气等多种工作介质,由压缩机组、气源压力调节系统、纯度控制系统、温度调节系统、配套及安全系统等功能模块组成,数据采集及控制系统基于西门子S7-300系列PLC开发。通过某商用氦气透平实际运行进行数据测试和性能分析,测试平台测得的温度、压力及转动数据与透平额定运行工况相符,可对大型低温透平寿命及性能进行直接测试。 A turbine test platform used in large-scale cryogenic engineering projects was introduced in this paper.The test platform could use a variety of working media such as hydrogen and helium,and adopted a modular design method.It was mainly composed of functional modules such as compressor units,gas source pressure adjustment system,purity control system,temperature adjustment system,supporting system and safety system.The data acquisition and control system of the test platform was developed based on Siemens S7-300 series PLC.In order to verify the effectiveness of the test platform,a commercial helium turbine was connected to the test platform,and the data test and performance analysis were carried out through actual operation.The results show that the temperatures,pressures,and rotation data measured by the test platform are consistent with the rated operating conditions of the turbine.The operation life of this type of large-scale cryogenic turbines could be directly tested.
