摘要
对目前二氧化碳的低温液化法进行了节能分析计算,指出液化压力过低是液化功耗较大的主要原因;提高液化温度,减少制冷机组功耗是提高液化效率、节约功耗的重要手段;而且二氧化碳本身也可以作为制冷剂使用。
An energy saving analysis is carried out for low temperature CO2 liquefaction process, It is the low pressure that causes large work consumption during liquefying process. Increasing the liquefying pressure/temperature is very much effective to improve liquefying performance as to save energy . Moreover , Carbone Dioxide itself could serve as a good refrigerant.
