摘要 在皮肤重建中,剥脱性激光可在最少治疗次数下提供最明显的临床效果,但是由于治疗中要汽化全部的表皮和部分真皮,愈合时间较长,并常导致炎症后色素沉着、色素减退及瘢痕形成等并发症。故非剥脱性激光通过采用表皮冷却措施,可在不损伤表皮的情况下加热真皮组织,将并发症的发生率减到最低,但由于缺乏真正的创面愈合反应,使效果受到明显限制,多次治疗仅能达到轻至中度的改善。
